Pursuant to the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), Meteto LLC (“Company”), which has the title of data controller, I confirm I have read and understood the“Privacy Policy” regarding the activities relating to the processing of my personal data as a user through the Weldy mobile application and my data subject rights under Article 11 of the Law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. I understand that my explicit consent is entirely voluntary, and if I decide otherwise, I can withdraw my explicit consent without giving a reason.
Due to my registration as a user through the mobile application, I have the right to explicitly consent to the following data processing within the scope of the Privacy Policy by the Company and its authorised data processors:
I give my explicit consent to receive in-app and notifications through

with my contact information that I share via the application.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to authorise access to my camera and visual recordings in order for me to upload photos and/or videos to the application via my mobile device.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to access my exact location information to benefit from the location-based matching services of the App.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to process information relating to my sexual life.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to process information relating to my religion, religious sect or other beliefs.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to process information relating to my race and ethnic origin.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to process information relating to my political opinions.
I give my explicit consent for Weldy to process my biometric information to receive a verification badge on my profile.
I give my explicit consent to the processing and transfer of my personal data to third parties/institutions within the scope of carrying out advertising activities carried out through the application and evaluation and analysis of the promotions/advertisements made, carrying out optimisation activities to improve the user experience, determining and transferring your likes, user preferences/habits to you in order to increase your user experience and other similar marketing activities.
I give my explicit consent to the sharing and transfer of my personal data abroad with the service provider from which you receive cloud hosting services.
I hereby accept and declare that the personal data I have entered as a user in the mobile application are correct and up-to-date, that I will immediately notify the changes in case of changes in this information, and that the Company has no legal responsibility arising from incorrect or outdated information.
